The Ventura County Community Health Needs Assessment Collaborative (VCCHNAC)is pleased to present its 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). As federally required by the Affordable Care Act, this report provides an overview of the methods and process used to identify and prioritize significant health needs in the Ventura County CHNA Collaborative (VCCHNAC)’s service area.
