Ventura County Master Plan for Aging Forum Report
Attached is the Ventura County Master Plan for Aging Forum report. It was finalized and sent to the Governor Newsom, CA Dept of Aging, our Senate and Assembly representatives, as well as local city and county leaders.
We should all be so proud of the issues that the Hospital to Home Alliance of Ventura County (HHAVC) has elevated, along with Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA), to promote the Master Plan for Aging in CA as it pertains to our county. It has been well received and shows the advocacy and diversity of the Alliance. There were 8 sectors covered with top priorities identified for each. Please take a few minutes to read it and become familiar with it as you may be asked a question about it in the course of your day-to-day work.
